Liu Shibing, male, Han, from Neijiang, Sichuan Province, with a college degree, is currently the chief engineer of Sichuan Xingshi Fa Door and Window Co., Ltd.

In May 2002, he joined Sichuan Xingshi Event Door and Window Co., Ltd. and worked as a technician in the Technical Office of Fire-proof Door Branch Factory.
